• 5+ years of dental marketing or healthcare marketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed for general dental practices.
• Develop data-driven strategies highlighting preventive care, patient experience, and local brand positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and affiliate dental practices to ensure marketing aligns with local needs and company goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing marketing plans for new initiatives, practice expansions, and community outreach opportunities.
• Manage relationships with affiliate dental offices, ensuring strategies reflect local needs and MB2’s objectives.
• Support budget tracking and resource allocation for dental marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs to measure success and inform strategy.
• Provide excellent customer service to affiliated practices by responding promptly to needs and delivering high-quality marketing support.
• Oversee multiple complex projects, maintaining deadlines and deliverables.
