Job summary

MB2 Dental is seeking a Dental Compliance Specialist to serve as a compliance resource across multiple states and support OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and infection control initiatives.

You will conduct reviews, assist with inspections, and partner with practice teams to maintain required documentation and training. Travel to supported practices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Dental Assistant experience.
• Lead RDA/EFDA experience is a plus.
• Active Texas RDA license and Radiology certification required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of state-by-state regulations.
• Experience with back-office functions (sterilization, medication ordering, infection control).
• Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations and operator training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compliance resource for assigned dental practices across multiple states.
• Support OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, infection control, and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assist offices in preparing for inspections and audits.
• Partner with practice teams to ensure required documentation, training, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
• Coordinate with approved vendors regarding equipment testing, maintenance, and compliance-related services.
• Analyze compliance-related data and support initiatives that improve regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
• Deliver training and coaching to doctors, office leaders, and clinical team members on compliance and operational best practices.
• Travel to supported practices as needed.

• Must hold an active Texas RDA license and a valid Radiology certification
• Open to travel as needed
• Knowledge of state-by-state regulations
• Experience with back-office functions, including sterilization, medication ordering, and infection control
• Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations, operator training, and scheduling equipment performance evaluations
