Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate properly and accurately with patients, providers and staff.
• Experience supervising dental assistants and front desk staff.
• Must meet Washington State Dental Registration and BLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dental assistants and receptionists and guide providers.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling.
• Ensure proper sterilization and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in training and QA activities.
