Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Dental Supervisor to lead dental assistants and reception staff, coordinate patient flow, and support dental providers in delivering quality care. This leadership role ensures efficient operations, strong patient experience, and compliance with clinical standards.

Starting wage is $26.62–$28.37 per hour based on experience. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

• Supervise dental assistants and reception staff; support training and performance management
• Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, triage, and daily clinic operations
• Provide chairside support and ensure proper sterilization and OSHA compliance
• Oversee quality improvement activities, reporting, and documentation
• Assist with dental insurance verification, coding, and cost estimates
• Maintain clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and compliance records
