Job summary

Neighborhood Services Organization in Oklahoma City seeks a Dental Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, patient scheduling, and staff supervision. You will ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, manage patient financials, and coordinate with the Dental Director to improve efficiency while representing NSO in the community.

This role requires CPR certification, supervisory experience, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Valid Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Three or more years’ experience in a dental care business environment.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Willingness to obtain dental assisting permit within first 90 days of employment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting NSO requirements.
• Background, credit check and drug screen clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily business operations of the NSO Dental Clinic.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and schedule HIPAA/OSHA training for staff.
• Oversee budget and provide feedback to leadership for efficiency.
• Manage patient financial accounts, postings, collections, and CFO reports.
• Coordinate externship scheduling with OU College of Dentistry.
• Maintain records of licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications.
• Maintain knowledge of dental clinic software and equipment maintenance.
• Provide input on office policies and supervise staff
• Supervise scheduling to meet daily production goals.
• Assist dentist during procedures and take X-rays.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and infection control.
