Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation Medical Center is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Dental Operations Manager. This is a full-time position located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center with hours 7:30AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration/management – completed upon hire or within four years
3 years directly related management experience
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Willingness to work in a hospital/clinic environment and pass pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily clinical and specialty functions to ensure smooth clinic operations
Manage staffing plans, recruitment, hiring, and disciplinary actions
Ensure regulatory compliance and Joint Commission readiness
Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships
Lead staff meetings and develop training and competency programs
Maintain patient satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
