Join to apply for the Dental Clinic Office Manager role at Main Street Dental Care.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Front Office Manager to join our expanding team. You will manage all front desk workflows, including patient scheduling, accounts receivable, inventory ordering, and more. Become an expert in our frontdesk and backdesk software, serve as the first and last point of contact with patients to ensure excellent service, and oversee smooth front desk operations. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with people, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end front desk operations
  • Oversee patient scheduling and management to ensure high-quality service
  • Handle insurance processes, including claims, pre-authorizations, and credentialing
  • Supervise team activities, ensuring workflow accuracy and quality control
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable in an organized manner
  • Coordinate with the back office for dental supply orders
  • Collaborate with the Director on workflow improvements
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed during expansion
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of front desk experience
  • Over 3 years working with insurance claims and credentialing
  • Over 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • People-oriented with strong conflict management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player
  • Reliable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EagleSoft
  • Experience in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of operatory setup and clinical procedures
  • X-ray license or experience in taking X-rays
