Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Dental Claims Processing Specialist for a part-time position. The role runs 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, with a salary rate of $5–$6 per hour.

The specialist will independently manage end-to-end processing, verification, and submission of dental claims, ensuring accuracy and timely filing. The candidate will review claims for errors, investigate denials, and prepare corrections or appeals, while coordinating with the office

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on dental claims/billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance processing and follow-up workflows.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing, review, and submission of dental claims.
• Review claims for errors and document discrepancies before submission.
• Investigate denied or unpaid claims and prepare corrections or appeals.
• Submit supporting documentation and treatment narratives for approvals.
• Perform daily claim reconciliation and monitor submission outcomes.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Use dental portals and claim management systems to verify statuses.
