Job summary

Park Dental is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to assist doctors, practices and Revenue Cycle teams with high-level insurance claim issue resolution. The role is remote and offers a starting wage of $22–$25 per hour, with a typical Mon–Fri 8am–5pm schedule.

Applicants must reside in Minnesota, Arizona, or Wisconsin. You will proactively manage open claims, read explanations of benefits, handle denials and resubmissions, and collaborate with insurance providers to keep claims moving.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree minimum; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with dental and medical insurance claims.
• Strong communication with healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively work open insurance claims for prompt processing.
• Work aging report to ensure unpaid claims are in process.
• Read payer explanations of benefits to verify adjudication.
• Appeal and follow up on denied claims.
• Resolve claim rejections and resubmissions with payers.
