You will educate patients on treatment choices, explore financial options, and overcome objections to secure commitments while supporting PPE and PFL.

The role emphasizes proficiency with the PDS system, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dental office. Travel between offices is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with dental patient financial options preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on treatment choices and payment options.
• Familiarity with insurance pre-authorizations and PPE standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dentists to secure financial commitment for treatment.
• Explain treatment options and financial plans to patients.
• Overcome objections and keep schedules productive.
