• Ability to analyze denials and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees lifecycle billing processes for the dental practice.
• Ensures accuracy of treatment codes and insurance details.
• Rectifies coding discrepancies to minimize claim errors.
• Reviews and clears edits for claims submissions.
• Addresses edits or rejections in the submission process.
• Resolves missing information to ensure smooth processing.
• Proactively follows up on denied claims and appeals when needed.
• Communicates with payors to clarify details and provide information.
• Implements actions to optimize revenue and reduce losses.
• Monitors billing best practices for process improvement.
• Produces reports as requested and performs other duties.
