Job summary

United Concordia Dental seeks a Client Benefit Analyst to provide account support for experience-rated and community-rated dental groups. You will coordinate prompt support to Sales, Service personnel, group admins, brokers, and Agent Plan staff to resolve benefit interpretations, inquiries, claims adjudication, and billing matters.

You will collect and analyze data from multiple sources, evaluate benefit utilization and costs, and present recommendations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management required.
• 3 years of progressive related experience in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration/Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide account support for experience and community rated dental groups.
• Coordinate support to Sales, Service, brokers and group admins to resolve benefit interpretations and billing issues.
• Collect and analyze data on benefits, enrollment, networks and cost impact; make recommendations.
• Represent UCD at client meetings and Open Enrollment events; support renewal and new business.
• Other duties as assigned.
