Job summary

Highmark Health in Pennsylvania seeks a Client Benefit Analyst to support administration of experience-rated and community-rated dental groups. You will coordinate with Sales, Service, group administrators, brokers and Agent Plan personnel to resolve benefit interpretations, inquiries, claims adjudication, and billing issues, contributing to member retention and satisfaction.

You will also engage in enrollment processes and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor degree in business administration/management; 3+ years in related sales support roles preferred.
• Experience in insurance or dental sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide account support for experience-rated and community-rated dental groups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, group admins, brokers, and Agent Plan personnel to resolve benefit interpretations and billing issues.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to inform benefit design and cost impact.
• Represent the company in client meetings including Open Enrollment and wellness events.
