Job summary

42 North Dental, a modern practice network, seeks a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will oversee the entire clinical patient experience—from exam and treatment planning to delivering care—with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections with strong upside, bonus opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development.
