42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester, a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will lead the full clinical patient experience from exam to care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn 150k–200k USD annually plus 36% of collections, with bonus opportunities, ongoing CE, mentorship, and a supportive network of doctors.

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards through continuing education.
