Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of services.

In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with 8AM–5PM hours and 4–5 days per week.

Earn up to 36% of collections, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and enjoy benefits such as health insurance, 401K, CE opportunities, and comprehensive dental coverage.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
