Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from exam to treatment. You will work 4-5 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections.

You will join a team offering in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, plus competitive benefits and sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
