Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to oversee the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections, a daily guarantee, 8 AM–5 PM, 4–5 days/week, and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, CE opportunities and Harvard Rounds Network access.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education
