Job summary

OLE Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support Dentists and staff across the South Napa and North Napa campuses. The role includes chairside assisting, taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, preparing trays, and ensuring smooth patient flow with a strong focus on customer service.

Travel between sites may be required. OLE Health emphasizes inclusive care and a supportive work environment for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform four-handed dental assisting for various procedures.
• Assist dentists and staff with patient care and chairside duties.
• Take radiographs per provider guidance when qualified.
• Prepare tray setups and maintain sterilization and cleanliness.
