Job summary

Dentists of Sharonville is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced office. You will assist with patient prep, chair-side support, and imaging, while helping ensure a positive patient experience and efficient workflow.

The role emphasizes infection control, instrument sterilization, and adherence to safety regulations. Relevant state credentials and an accredited education background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state certification/licensure as required.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or tech school.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
