Job summary

Humanity Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will assist with X-rays, intra-oral imaging, chair-side support, and patient education.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, sterile operatory, preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior experience with dental assisting and state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must have patient care skills and strong communication.
• Knowledge of infection control and OSHA guidelines is expected.
• State-required certification/licensure for dental assisting must be met.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with patient care and treatment planning.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Take and process X-rays and intra-oral images as directed by the dentist.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health.
