Job summary

ProSmile is seeking a Dental Assistant with X-ray skills to support clinical operations Monday through Friday. You will assist dentists, manage chairside workflows, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.

The role includes patient communication, scheduling, and basic lab tasks as needed. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, an active X-ray license, CPR certification, and 1+ year of dental assisting experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• X-ray license required; willingness to pursue licensure.
• Active CPR certification required.
• 1+ year dental assistant experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside and render patient care under supervision.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-up care, and patient education.
• Perform basic lab tasks like taking impressions and prepping cases for extern labs.
