Job summary

ProSmile is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinical needs under dentist supervision in our Operations department. The role focuses on chairside patient care, recordkeeping, and scheduling to keep our practices running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have an X-ray license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of dental assisting experience, with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed. ProSmile offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NJ/MD/PA licensure requirements or willingness to pursue licensure immediately.
• X-ray license required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist chairside with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Maintain inventory in operatories where treatment is rendered.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.
• Provide world-class patient interactions for scheduling and follow-up treatment.
• Perform basic lab procedures such as impressions and model preparation for external labs.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
