Midwest Dental in La Crosse, WI, part of Smile Brands, seeks an EFDA to support patient care in a collaborative clinical team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists, educate patients, and help deliver high-quality dentistry in a busy, patient-centered practice.

Compensation reflects hourly pay with full benefits; schedule is Mon-Thu 7a-4:30p and Fri 7a-1p, supporting a stable work‑life balance in a growing network of affiliated practices.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday to Thursday 7a-4:30p, Every Friday 7a-1p

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Meet all state‑specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$29-$35/hour
