Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join Monarch Dental teams. You will support clinicians, greet patients, and assist across the office while preparing treatment rooms and educating patients on oral hygiene.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with benefits and a focus on quality patient care. Requirements include 1+ year dental assisting, state credentialing, CPR/BLS, X-Ray certification, and knowledge of infection control and OSHA/HIPAA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience.
• Meet all state-specific registered dental assistant credentialing requirements.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and X-Ray Certification.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Monarch Dental teams in Fayetteville, AR. In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
