Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Michigan with no prior dental experience required. You’ll receive paid training through the DANB and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while assisting clinicians and supporting the dental team in day-to-day procedures.

Salary ranges from $20 to $24 per hour with full-time status and flexible scheduling by location. You will gain radiology/safety certification within state requirements and have access to benefits and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
