Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant to join our team. No prior dental experience is required as paid training led by our DANB partnership will prepare you to become a CDA.

You’ll work alongside clinicians to support treatment, patient care, and charting while pursuing radiology/safety certification. We offer paid training through DANB, opportunities for radiology certification, paid time off, health/vision benefits, a 401(k), and flexible scheduling across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during various dental treatment procedures.
• Set up and break down operatory after procedures.
• Maintain infection control and sterilize instruments/equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform general office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient care excellence.
