Job summary

North American Dental Group is expanding its Corner Dental Oregon, OH practice and seeks a Dental Assistant. You’ll provide essential clinical support, prepare patients for treatment, assist dentists, and maintain strict infection control.

Active Dental Assisting Certification, state radiography certification, and CPR certification are required. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a structured schedule, with occasional Saturdays and one Friday off every other week.

Qualifications

• Certification in Dental Assisting required or on-the-job training accepted.
• Radiography/X-Ray certification required (state-specific).
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support and patient education.
• Record and review patient health histories; document under dentist direction.
• Set up trays/instruments per schedule and procedure needs.
• Prepare patients and sterilize/disinfect instruments per OSHA standards.
• Assist with dental procedures and radiographs.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, CPR and safety certifications.
