Job summary

United Health Centers is recruiting Dental Assistants (DA) and Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) to join our Fresno health center. Experienced DAs or new graduates are welcome, with higher pay for RDAs and a supportive team.

Dental Assistants will prepare tools, assist during procedures, maintain patient flow, and ensure clean, organized back-office operations. A valid X-ray, coronal polish, CPR, and driver’s license are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED is required.
• Completed training program in Dental Assisting from Accredited College is required.
• X-Ray certificate is required.
• Coronal Polish certificate is required.
• CPR Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange needed tools and instruments for scheduled procedures.
• Assist during treatment and ensure patients and staff are supported.
• Maintain back-office organization and sterilize equipment.
• Communicate clearly with dentists, supervisors, and team to ensure smooth patient flow.
