Qualifications

• MN dental assisting license required (or in process)
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• X-ray certification may be required by state law

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain comfort; educate throughout treatment
• Review health history for quality care
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography)
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping
• Prepare treatment room per safety protocols (OSHA & CDC)
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow
