Job summary

Midwest Dental in Holmen, WI is looking for a Dental Assistant to support dentists and hygienists in a busy, patient-focused practice. You will prepare treatment rooms, take radiographs, educate patients, and ensure infection control while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
