CommuniCare+OLE seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists with four-handed dentistry, radiographs, sterilization, and charting in EMR. You will travel between South Napa and North Napa campuses as needed, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow.

The role requires a GED or higher, 1-year certificate or equivalent, CPR and Radiation Safety training, and California Dental Practice Act knowledge. Bilingual skills and EHR experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one-year certificate or equivalent training preferred.
• Previous dental assistant experience preferred; strong communication skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; MS Office and EHR experience required.
• CPR certification and radiation safety training required; exposure control procedures follow OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform four-handed dental assisting for a range of procedures and ages.
• Assist dentist and staff; prepare tray setups and materials.
• Take intraoral radiographs; maintain PPE and sterile workflows.
• Chart in EMR; manage inventory and ensure OSHA-compliant practices.
• Travel between South Napa and North Napa campuses as needed.
