Job summary

All Smiles Family Dental in Williamstown, NJ is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. You will support the dentist in procedures, manage patient comfort, and assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, CDA or RDA preferred, familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft, and a commitment to infection control and patient care. Monday schedule 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with competitive hourly pay of $28.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting.
• CDA or RDA certification preferred; EFDA or radiology certs are a plus.
• Experience with dental software and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and prepares patients for treatments, ensuring comfort.
• Assists dentist through procedures with 4-handed dentistry.
• Maintains instrument sterility and safety per regulations.
• Aids with lab tasks and post-operative care instructions.
• Maintains accurate patient records and scheduling.
