Job summary

Capital Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics in Silver Spring, MD seeks an orthodontic dental assistant to support a patient-centered experience. You will greet patients, take radiographs and impressions, and help prepare and sterilize the treatment space for orthodontic care.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state.
• 6+ months of experience as an orthodontic assistant.
• CODA accredited dental assisting program completed (preferred).
• Proficiency fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions.
• Punctual, professional, and a strong team player.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.

Responsibilities
