Job summary

Myorthodontist in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking a motivated orthodontic assistant to join a patient-focused practice. You will support patients before, during, and after appointments, assist the orthodontist, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming clinic flow.

Ideal candidates have active state license or registration, at least 6 months of experience, and familiarity with bands, brackets, and impressions. CODA-accredited training is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential for

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant in the state.
• 6+ months of orthodontic assistant experience.
• CODA-accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Proficiency fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions.
• Punctual, professional, and a strong team player.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
