Job summary

Salt Dental Partners in Beavercreek and West Chester is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is passionate about orthodontics, patient care, and teamwork. You will support the orthodontist with a range of procedures and ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include taking X-rays and impressions, educating patients, and assisting with Invisalign retainers, while maintaining a clean, organized clinical area. Some travel between offices is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an orthodontic assistant with patient-focused care.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages and maintain a positive attitude.
• Current radiology license is required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment and willing to travel between offices.

• Take and process X-rays, photos, impressions and other records.
• Educate patients on oral health and orthodontic treatment.
• Track and document patient progress and treatment documents.

• Help ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the orthodontist.

Our established, orthodontic practice is looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is passionate about orthodontics, patient care, and being part of a fun, supportive team.

We are currently hiring for our Beavercreek and West Chester locations . Team members will have a primary location, but must be willing to travel to our other office when needed.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with Fridays only until 2:00 PM
Required: Current radiology license

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Orthodontist with a variety of orthodontic procedures
• Provide exceptional patient care and create a positive patient experience
• Take and process X-rays, photos, impressions, and other diagnostic records
• Educate patients on oral health and orthodontic treatment
• Track and document patient progress
• Adjust retainers and clear aligners, including Invisalign
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Help ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Orthodontist

Dentrix Ascend and/or Cloud9 experience is a plus, but not required.
