Germann Crossing Dental Care, a brand new office opening in Gilbert, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll greet patients, assist dentists, take x-rays, and help maintain a clean, safe treatment room while following OSHA & CDC guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year chairside experience, familiarity with Dentrix, and a commitment to patient comfort and education. Arizona RHS certification is required. Schedule and benefits will be discussed in the interview.

Qualifications

• 1+ year chairside dental assisting experience in general dentistry.
• Dentrix or other dental software experience.
• Arizona Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) certificate required.
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate patients throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
