Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• HIPAA training is required to maintain data safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring comfort and education during treatment.
• Conduct thorough reviews of patients’ health histories.
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms with safety protocol adherence.
