Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant for a full-time position at our Mechanicsburg office. Regular schedule includes Mon-Fri with varied shifts; salary ranges from $25 to $28 per hour based on experience, plus benefits.

You will greet patients, review health histories, take X-rays, assist dentists, use Dentrix for scheduling, and help maintain stock and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certification as a dental assistant or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and respect for patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure comfort throughout treatment.
• Take and process X-rays and other assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance and maintain safety protocols.
• Manage supplies and support office workflow.
