Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dental setting is preferred.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing may be required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide appropriate education.
• Conduct thorough reviews of patient's health history.
• Take and process x-rays and provide chairside assistance.

Skills

Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment

Education

Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification

Dental assisting school certification

Tools

Dentrix or other dental software experience
