Osseo Family Dental is hiring Dental Assistants who are either licensed in Minnesota or radiology-certified. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who enjoy a collaborative, patient-focused environment and are willing to work Fridays.

The role includes radiography, patient comfort, and detailed record-keeping. Open Dental experience is a plus; compensation ranges from $25.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, with higher rates for LDAs.

We're an established, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality dentistry in a friendly, supportive environment. As we expand our office hours to include Fridays, we're looking for a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented assistant who enjoys helping patients and making a difference.

We're happy to consider bothMinnesota Licensed Dental Assistants (LDAs) andUnlicensed Dental Assistants with the required Minnesota dental radiology certification.

While we'd love to find someone interested in a full-time schedule, we're also open to flexible or part-time arrangements for the right candidate!

Schedule & Availability

Our office hours are:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Friday availability from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM is required.

Morning availability Monday through Thursday is a priority. We're flexible regarding the number of weekdays and afternoon hours for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Assist dentists with general and restorative dental procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms and support efficient patient flow.

Take diagnostic dental radiographs in accordance with Minnesota requirements.

Follow sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during their visits.

Assist with patient education and treatment coordination.

Work collaboratively with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative team.

Perform clinical duties appropriate to your licensure, training, and qualifications.

What We’re Looking For

Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credentialOR qualifications to work as an unlicensed dental assistant with current dental radiology certification recognized by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.

General dentistry experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

A positive attitude and willingness to support teammates.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental practice.

Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required.
