Osseo Family Dental is hiring Dental Assistants who are either licensed in Minnesota or radiology-certified. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who enjoy a collaborative, patient-focused environment and are willing to work Fridays.

The role includes radiography, patient comfort, and detailed record-keeping. Open Dental experience is a plus; compensation ranges from $25.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, with higher rates for LDAs.

Competenze

• Licensed or radiology-certified option required or in progress.
• Strong patient communication and care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental practice.
• Flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules.

Mansioni

• Assist dentists with general and restorative procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and support patient flow.
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs per Minnesota requirements.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
• Coordinate treatment with the dental team.
• Perform duties allowed by licensure and training.
