Job summary

Dabell and Paventy Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support chairside procedures and patient care within a collaborative orthodontic team.

You will train new hires using established clinical skills checklists, lead assistants in continuous workflow improvements, collaborate with the Practice Manager on patient care and documentation, and manage dental supply inventory with attention to equipment maintenance and OSHA protocols.

Qualifications

  • Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant.
  • 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant.
  • CODA accredited dental assisting program completed (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
