Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate must be dependable and have a genuine passion for working with children and their families. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
2. Build rapport with young patients and their families to foster a positive dental experience.
3. Educate parents and children about oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
4. Utilize behavior modification techniques to help manage children's anxiety and ensure cooperative behavior during procedures.
5. General patient charting and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Dental Assistant (DA) Course certification.
2. CPR Certification.
3. Infection Control Certification.
4. Radiology X-ray Certification.
5. Coronal Polish Certification.
6. Experience in a pediatric dental setting is preferred but not required.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.
