Job summary

Ideal Dental in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing, clinician-led practice dedicated to patient-centered care.

You'll assist with a wide range of procedures, take x-rays, manage patient flow, ensure infection control, and support the team with iTero scans and charting. Active RDA license and CPR are required, with 6-12 months of experience preferred. Travel to DeNovo offices may be involved.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: New acquired offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile.
• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with precision and care.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow by facilitating smooth handoffs and transitions.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
