Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant Instructor in Canton, MI to teach morning classes 8:30–1 Monday and Wednesday, with additional PRN opportunities for evenings.

Full paid training is provided, and a $500 sign-on bonus may be available for new hires on the Primary Instructor schedule. Classes run year-round, with predictable weekly hours and a supportive campus environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting.
• National certification as RDA (AMT) or CDA (DANB).
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.
• Flexible schedule with a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10–20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours, day or evening; typically 9 hours per week, with PRN hours as needed.
