Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Davison, MI is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become trained instructors, teaching scheduled year-round Friday morning classes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting and national certification (RDA or CDA) with formal training.
• Or 5+ years’ experience with national certification if no formal education.
• Interest in teaching and willingness to learn; flexible and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Learn the Ross material and deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours; serve as teaching assistant or substitute as needed.

We are looking for experienced DA's to become fully trained instructors to teach scheduled year round Friday morning classes. Full Paid Training.

Morning classes run M-F 8:30-1

DA QualificationsRequirements

• 3+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA from AMT) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA from DANB) and formal training in a dental assisting program like Ross.
• If you do not have the formal education, you can also qualify with 5+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification.

• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow
