Job summary

The role involves instructing 10–20 students, delivering lectures from Ross curricula, and supporting both primary and secondary instructor needs.

Training is provided, with classes year-round. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in dentistry with RDA or CDA certification and a passion for teaching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the field with national certification (RDA AMT) or CDA DANB.
• Formal training in a dental assisting program.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10–20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations, working from Ross lesson plans and curriculum.

We are looking for experienced DA's to become fully trained instructors to teach scheduled year round morning and evening classes. Full Paid Training.

Morning classes run M-F 8:30-1 and Evening classes run M-TH 5:30-10

DA QualificationsRequirements

• 3+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA from AMT) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA from DANB) and formal training in a dental assisting program like Ross.
• If you do not have the formal education, you can also qualify with 5+ years’ experience in the field and a national certification. *additional requirements or exceptions may be applicable based on the state, program, and accreditation requirements
• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow
