Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with patient treatment: set up instruments and prepare impressions
• Sterilize dental unit and instruments after each treatment and replace for next patient
• Manage medication, syringes, and dental supplies; inventory as required by procedures
• Keep equipment and work area clean using sanitation methods
• Review dental services to prevent inappropriate use or duplication
• Review inmate/resident status to ensure completion of treatments and services
