Responsabilités

• Learn basic dental assisting under dentist supervision
• Participate in providing a positive patient experience
• Learn infection control procedures for sterilization and operatory cleaning
• Assist with radiographs and intra-oral photos after radiation safety requirements are met
• Prepare for patient care and provide chairside support until handoff to front desk
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care as directed
• Record patient charting and treatment notes in digital system
• Present treatment records and health history to dentist before treatment
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and other regulations
